SevenStar HR is expanding its Newfoundland/Labrabor area consultancy and looks for a flexible HR Consultant who can advise on compliance, policies, employee relations, and compensation. The role supports multiple client projects and promotes work-life balance with the option for part-time days.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, strong time management, and the ability to manage diverse client needs while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources required.
• Able to work independently managing a variety of projects.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Able to advise clients on employment legislation and policies.
• Able to work efficiently as a team member.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships.
