Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary education (e.g., diploma, degree, certificate)
• CHRP or CHRL designation is valued but not required
• Updated and Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
• Compliance with all requirements, regulations, and policies mandated by the CCEYA, Ministry of Labour, and/or Compass Early Learning and Care
• Ongoing commitment to lifelong learning for yourself and others.
• Access to reliable transportation to regularly visit CELC Programs

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Post and maintain job openings, review applications, schedule interviews, maintain records, support events, prepare offers.
• Hiring and Onboarding: Collaborate with team to provide onboarding, coordinate requirements and documentation, serve as onboarding contact.
• Administration: Maintain HR files, support reporting, ensure policy compliance, provide general administrative support.
• Collaborative Leadership: Build connections, align with mission/values, participate in team projects and learning.
