Overlanders Manufacturing LP, based in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, records management, and policy administration. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with hiring processes, coordinating onboarding, and generating HR documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of Canadian HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and perform data entry with accuracy.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new employees have tools and resources needed for success.
• Create training schedules and maintain company-wide training records.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and personnel files.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support more efficient HR practices.
• Travel between company locations as required to support operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Coordinator and Leadership team.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling employee information.
