Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process, addressing questions and providing support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to tailor onboarding experiences to role-specific needs.
• Manage day-to-day HR functions including benefits administration, employee record maintenance, and HR policy implementation.
• Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR metrics and prepare reports related to onboarding, turnover, and other key indicators.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in traffic control, construction, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
