Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior HR Initiatives Specialist to drive efficiency in HR Operations by analyzing and redesigning processes across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimized workflows and measure outcomes against KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and tell a story.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation including flowcharts, SOPs, BRDs, business cases, testing plans, status updates and reporting.
• Analyze HR operational processes to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement, optimization and automation.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand root causes.
• Support the design of new processes with senior team members and Technology & Digital Solutions teams.
• Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify further enhancements.
