Job summary

RBC is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented operator to support Employee Impact initiatives within Sustainability and Impact. You will oversee application processing, volunteering opportunities, and program communications to engage employees and retirees worldwide.

You will also help manage donations, reporting, and platform tools, ensuring smooth operations and timely communications across global teams. The role offers a collaborative, flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Review Communities Together Fund (CTF) applications during peak periods and process daily Volunteer Opportunity uploads into myCommunity (Benevity).
• Coordinate with RBC partner managers on volunteer opportunities and support program administration and meetings.
• Submit and track helpdesk tickets for system issues across program platforms and support pre-vetting of charitable organizations.
• Own the Employee Impact mailbox and triage inquiries; publish and maintain the myCommunity Connect site content.
• Support monthly charitable payment processing and conduct SharePoint attestations and access reviews.
• Manage all regular and ad-hoc reporting to demonstrate program impact and budget alignment.
• Assist with onboarding RBC Retirees onto myCommunity (Benevity) and maintain program toolkits and templates.
• Coordinate logistics for program sessions and events as required.
