Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain documentation including flowcharts, SOPs, BRDs, business cases, testing plans, status updates and reporting.
  • Analyze HR operational processes to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement, optimization and automation.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand root causes.
  • Support the design of new processes with senior team members and Technology & Digital Solutions teams.
  • Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify further enhancements.

What is the opportunity?

Join our dynamic team as a Senior HR Initiatives Specialist and play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement through supporting key initiatives across HR Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design and implement optimized business processes that align with our strategic objectives.

What will you do?
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, business requirements, business case, testing plans, project status updates and relevant reporting.

  • Analyze HR operational processes and workflows to identify root cause and areas for improvements, optimization and automation

  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand root causes.

  • Support the design of new processes while collaborating with senior members of the team, as well as Technology and Digital Solutions teams.

  • Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and opportunities for further enhancements

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive opportunities for improvement as well as telling a story

  • Proficient in process modeling tools (eg. Visio) and project documentation tools

Nice-to-have
  • Experience in business change management, with a focus on innovative tool or techniques and digital adoption

  • HR and business operations experience

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Agile
