Job summary

EFW Radiology in Calgary is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, record management, and leave administration.

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you will partner with employees and leaders to ensure compliant, efficient HR service delivery and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a business-related field.
• 1+ year HR experience across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards Code.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proactive problem solving and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR operations, onboarding, and employee programs.
• Coordinates leave administration and accommodations.
• Maintains HR documentation and communications materials.
