Job summary

EFW Radiology is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to deliver expert HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, and employment practices. You will support management in policy implementation, accommodations, and return-to-work planning to foster a respectful, inclusive culture.

You will report to the Manager of Human Resources and work from our Seton head office with travel to other sites as required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR Management or business-related field required.
• CPHR designation an asset.
• Ability to build relationships, coach/consult, and mediate conflict.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, accommodations, and return-to-work planning.
• Promote consistent HR practices and informed decision-making across the workplace.
• Lead or support workplace investigations with fair, timely resolution.
• Support leave management, attendance, and accommodations in collaboration with leaders and insurers.
• Contribute to HR programs and initiatives and back-up to other HR team members.
