Job summary

LATÉCOÈRE in Delta, BC is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support day-to-day HR services under the HR team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records, reporting and programs while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

You will coordinate job postings, onboarding tasks, training logistics and HR communications, with on-site work required and a 6-month term. This is a hands-on internship for ambitious, organized candidates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Eligible to complete a co-op work term or new graduates seeking internship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records and HR files.
• Prepare onboarding and offboarding materials and coordinate orientations.
• Assist with letters, forms, org charts and policy updates.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate communications and interview schedules.
• Support co‑op and community recruitment and training logistics.
• Assist with engagement, recognition, wellness activities, surveys and HR metrics.
