Job summary

Canadian Natural is offering a student HR internship in Calgary to support the Experienced Recruitment team. You will work closely with recruiters to deliver administrative tasks and learn full cycle recruitment processes, including pre-screening, interviewing, and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters and HR professionals.
• Learn full cycle recruitment processes (pre-screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, onboarding paperwork).
• Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents for onboarding communications.
