What you'll own
  • Provide day-to-day People & Culture administration, including data entry, employee file maintenance, updating trackers and spreadsheets, organizing documents, and keeping HR records accurate.
  • Provide recruitment support, including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, updating candidate records in the ATS, preparing interview materials, tracking candidate progress, and supporting recruitment-related follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration, including system updates, document preparation, reminders, checklists, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Help with recurring HR tasks such as data audits, basic reporting, routine requests, and maintaining templates, guides, and process documentation.
What you bring
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; previous HR experience is preferred but not required.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to learn new HR systems quickly.

  • A practical, curious mindset and willingness to take ownership of repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while looking for ways to improve processes.

  • A collaborative, dependable approach and a desire to contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Nice to have
