Alpine Building Maintenance in Delta, BC, is seeking an HR Administrator/Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in an in-office role with hybrid opportunities. You will manage onboarding, employee records, HR systems, and support employee relations and recruitment activities.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. You will work closely with our People & Culture team, employees and operational leaders and be involved in everything from supporting day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, HR systems employee and labour relations.
We are looking for someone who has a good foundation, is organized and comfortable managing the day-to-day details that keep an HR department running. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow, while also being trusted to take ownership of your work and provide reliable support to the business.
