Job summary

Global Watch Company (GWC) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations in Vancouver, Canada. You will own the employee lifecycle, ensure legal compliance with BC Employment Standards Act and Canadian labour law, and partner with leadership to drive people initiatives.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and benefits administration while fostering a culture of excellence and exceptional service for our discerning clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Management role.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian labour law and the BC Employment Standards Act.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR management and compliance with BC labour laws.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Advise management and employees on performance, conflicts and development.
• Oversee performance review cycles and coaching.
• Manage HR administration including records and benefits.
