Job summary

WhiteWater West is seeking a Global People & Talent Partner to drive talent, performance, engagement and organizational effectiveness across regions. This regular full-time role is based in Richmond, BC, with relocation to Vancouver Downtown planned by mid-2027, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global People & Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• CPHR or working toward designation.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a large and complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of ESA, Human Rights Code, WorkSafe BC regulations, and HR best practices.
• Global mobility experience across Canada, United States, Germany, India, United Arab Emirates, Middle East, Turkey and China is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships and provide support on engagement, development, performance and career progression.
• Partner with teams to identify root causes and develop practical people‑focused solutions.
• Support company-wide initiatives including performance and compensation review cycles, rewards and recognition programs, and policy development.
• Collaborate on learning initiatives, including Lunch & Learn sessions and wellness programs.
• Lead talent acquisition with hiring managers to attract and hire high‑caliber candidates.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding.
• Maintain employee records in BambooHR and support performance management processes.
• Conduct job evaluations and support market benchmarking and compensation reviews.
• Develop talent acquisition solutions aligned to growth strategy and analyze trends for programs.
• Participate in committees such as Health & Safety, DEI, Wellness and Sustainability.
