Responsibilities

• Support different groups (managers, supervisors, hourly and salaried employees, HR colleagues, etc.).
• Support managers, supervisors and hourly employees in the application of the collective agreement.
• Ensure the management of grievances, investigations, and disciplinary measures procedures.
• Ensure the implementation of HR processes.
• Participation in the elaboration, the establishment and the progress of management human resources tools.
