Pratt & Whitney Canada is offering a Labour Relations internship located on-site at our Longueuil campus. The role supports the employer and its representatives on labour relations matters across Quebec, Canada, and internationally.
You will work within a dynamic Labour Relations team under experienced supervision, contributing to database development, policy analysis, and training content creation.

The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
For this internship, the student will work within the Labour Relations team. Led by an experienced team, the mandate is global. It consists in supporting and counselling the employer and its various representatives through different matters related to labour relations in Quebec, in Canada or internationally. The student will have the opportunity to evolve among a dynamic team that will be pleased to share its knowledge.
Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
