CNH in Saskatoon, SK is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and leaders and to support recruiting, employee relations, learning, engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

You will work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute from day one while developing your HR career in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and practical HR guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• HR experience in generalist, recruiting, or HR coordinator roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• CPHR designation or progress toward it.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with an HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Support the hiring cycle for assigned departments from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead or support learning and development initiatives.
• Develop skills matrices, cross-training and career paths.
• Serve as a visible HR resource for employees and leaders.
• Coach front-line supervisors on attendance, performance conversations and policy.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Support employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Coordinate employee events and recognition programs.
• Translate HR policies and benefits into clear guidance.
