Martin Canada is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR services, policies, and programs across the organization. The role is on-site in Ayr or Mississauga with travel to Edmonton and collaboration with local leadership and Corporate HR.
You will administer HR policies, support onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee wellness while maintaining confidential records and driving engagement within a high-performance culture.
As the HR Generalist, you will support the delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and programs across Martin Canada. You will work closely with local leadership and Corporate Human Resources to help maintain a positive, high-performance culture focused on employee support, productivity, development, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is organized, approachable, detail oriented, and comfortable supporting a broad range of HR responsibilities.
This position is on-site, based in either Ayr or Mississauga, with time split between facilities and occasional travel to our Edmonton location.
