Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and sales support: assist customers and team with product use, operation, and maintenance.
  • Enter orders and quotes in a fast-paced environment; follow up on quotes and complete tasks with accountability.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with customers: Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
  • Process and coordinate orders: Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery, and collaborate with our machine shop and other facilities to ensure timely manufacturing and expedition.
  • Perform technical and sales support: Provide technical and non-technical assistance regarding product use, operation, and maintenance to customers and team members.
  • Take ownership of tasks: Enter orders and quotes in a fast-paced environment, perform quote follow-ups/analyses, and see tasks through to completion with accountability.
  • Comprehensive training: Participate in an extensive hands-on training program designed to prepare you for success.

Your Schedule
