Martin Sprocket & Gear Canada is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver HR services across the organization, supporting leadership and Corporate Human Resources to help maintain a positive, high-performance culture focused on employee support, productivity, development, and compliance. This on-site role is based in Ayr or Mississauga with time split between facilities and occasional travel to Edmonton.

As the HR Generalist, you will support the delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and programs across Martin Canada. You will work closely with local leadership and Corporate Human Resources to help maintain a positive, high-performance culture focused on employee support, productivity, development, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is organized, approachable, detail oriented, and comfortable supporting a broad range of HR responsibilities.
This position is on-site, based in either Ayr or Mississauga, with time split between facilities and occasional travel to our Edmonton location.
