Job summary

Ledcor is hiring a Quality and Process Coordinator to support data quality, process improvement, and system administration within our BES group. Reporting to the Team Lead, Quality & Projects, you will analyze HR data, identify trends and recurring issues, and collaborate across Employee Services and HR COEs to drive continuous improvement in how our shared services team operates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience focused on data administration and analysis.
• Experience with HRIS or HCM platforms such as Workday, JD Edwards, ServiceNow, or Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Support regular data quality audits in ServiceNow, Five9, Workday and JDE by applying data integrity rules.
• Compile findings and trends into summaries and basic metric visualizations for team communication.
• Maintain and update Employee Services process documentation in ServiceNow, including SOPs and job aids.
• Participate in Employee Services project work for Workday, JD Edwards, and ServiceNow; track progress.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Create or update Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow with formatting and content standards.
