Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Quality and Process Coordinator to improve data quality, processes, and system administration within the BES group. You will analyze HR data, identify trends, and collaborate across Employee Services and HR COEs to drive continuous improvement.

Hybrid role with in-office days, and a base compensation range provided by Ledcor for this Vancouver area position. You will support audits, maintain process documentation in ServiceNow, contribute to Workday/JDE/ServiceNow projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of data administration and analysis experience.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday, JD Edwards, ServiceNow, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities in data and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools; report writing or database management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support data quality audits across HR systems including Workday, ServiceNow, JD Edwards and Oracle HCM.
• Compile findings, trends, and root causes into summaries and basic KPI visualizations for team communication.
• Maintain and update Employee Services SOPs and process documentation in ServiceNow.
• Participate in Employee Services project work including discovery, design, and implementation for Workday, JD Edwards, and ServiceNow; track progress.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements across Workday, ServiceNow, JD Edwards; assist with testing and identifying workflow improvements.
• Create or update Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow while ensuring content standards.
• Review KPI visualizations with BES Performance Management to improve clarity and quality reporting.
• Assist Team Leads in resolving escalated issues and tracking HRIS tickets for continuous improvement initiatives.
