Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Business Partner and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across our organization. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll support a portfolio of divisional business units within our Shared Services group, providing expert guidance on a wide range of human resources matters. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders and HR colleagues to implement enterprise-wide initiatives, resolve employee relations issues, and support talent strategies that align with business goals.
Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week out of our Vancouver, BC office as part of our hybrid work model
$76,400.00 - $105,050.00 This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
