Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Quality and Process Coordinator in Edmonton to enhance data quality, drive process improvements, and manage system administration within the BES group.

You will analyze HR data, identify trends, and collaborate across Employee Services and HR COEs to improve how our shared services team operates. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and people—where attention to detail meets curiosity for better systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data administration and analysis.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday, JD Edwards, ServiceNow, or Oracle HCM in a support/coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reporting tools; experience with reports or databases is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support regular data quality audits across HR systems applying data integrity rules and documenting issues.
• Summarize findings and trends into clear visuals to support process improvements.
• Maintain and update BES process documentation in ServiceNow including SOPs and work instructions.
• Participate in project work for Workday, JD Edwards, and ServiceNow; track progress and updates.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvements across HRIS platforms.
• Create or update Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow ensuring formatting standards.
• Review KPI visualizations with BES Performance Management for clarity and quality reporting.
• Assist Team Leads by preparing materials for process updates and tracking HRIS tickets.
