Qualifications

• Human Resources Management education (certificate, diploma or bachelor’s degree).
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• Payroll experience is an asset.
• Pursuing a CPHR designation would be an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients, including drafting postings, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Assist in creating client policies, handbooks, and other documents using internal templates.
• Participate in HR projects such as compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
• Assist with managing client accounts and delivering HR solutions that meet client needs.
• Handle other HR administrative tasks as required.

Part-time HR Coordinator

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our amazing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is ready to catapult their career to the next level. Work Hours

This is a part‑time position with anticipated fluctuating work hours averaging 25 to 30 hours per week. This role is well suited for candidates who value flexibility and are comfortable adjusting their hours periodically to support team priorities and workload demands. Future scheduling needs may create opportunities for additional hours, depending on business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the full‑cycle recruitment process for various clients, including but not limited to the following:
  • Drafting job descriptions and postings
  • Screening resumes
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Writing up candidate profiles for presentation to hiring managers
  • Participating in interviews with various hiring managers
  • Reference checks
  • Drafting offer letters
  • Onboarding support
• Assist in the creation of client policies, handbooks, and other documents utilizing our internal template library, as required (Examples may include employee verification letters, overtime agreements, time and leave policies, professional development programs, etc.)
• Work on additional projects to gain experience in other areas of HR under the mentorship of our team of HR professionals (Examples may include compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, etc.)
• Assist with managing client accounts and relationships, and delivering HR solutions that meet client needs.
• Other HR administrative tasks, as required

The Minimum Qualifications

• Human Resources Management education (Certificate, Diploma, or a Bachelor of Commerce Degree)
• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Payroll experience is considered an asset
• Interest in pursuing a CPHR designation would be considered an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Access to reliable transportation to travel from site to site, as necessary
