Full-Time hybrid (2 days in office, 3 from home)

Schedule:

M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Coordinator will support daily HR operations and initiatives by providing administrative assistance.

Principal Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
  • Assist with creating job descriptions, postings, screening candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support interview processes and conduct background checks.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire administrative tasks.
Administrative:
  • Manage HR data entry and employee files, transitioning from hard copy to electronic formats.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, benefits requests, and change notices.
  • Support benefits administration, including semi-annual audits and open enrollment.
  • Coordinate HR processes related to new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, including orientation and exit interviews.
  • Administer LMS support and assist in HR projects.
Reporting:
  • Generate ad hoc reports for training and organizational audits.
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation using Sage HRMS.
Customer Service:
  • Serve as the first HR contact for clinic employees and represent the HR team in daily interactions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Formal education in HR or equivalent experience.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that embraces change.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role involves managing clinic operations in a fast-paced setting, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
