The People & Equity Division, in partnership with the Technical Services Division, has initiated a multi-year capital project to enhance recruitment technology that integrates with the existing SuccessFactors system to support high volume recruitment.
This project offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with strong recruitment expertise and an interest in technology and innovation to join the divisional project team.
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and collaborating with various operational, technical, and external partners, the HR Consultant HRIS will contribute to the High-Volume Recruitment Capital project, focusing on improving the City’s Recruiting module within SuccessFactors. This role demands a thorough understanding of recruiting processes and their integration with Employee Central and Onboarding modules.
