Akkodis is seeking an Analyst, HR Systems Management for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Remote). The ideal candidate should have experience with configuration in Workday, specifically in Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Core HCM. Experience with Workday Learning and Workday Everywhere / Help is preferred.

The candidate must have configuration experience, but prior supporting configuration experience in Workday is not required. Preference is given to candidates with proven experience in Workday Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. Experience working within an Agile team is an asset.

Job Description:

The Human Resources Digital Solutions team designs and deploys scalable technical solutions in Workday to optimize workforce management. Under the leadership of the Manager, HR Systems Management, you will have a supportive environment to experiment, take calculated risks, and leverage team strengths.

As an Analyst, you will focus on understanding user experiences, developing creative solutions, and balancing system capabilities with user needs to implement effective HR technology solutions. You will play a key role in delivering innovative services and enhancing employee experiences through cutting-edge HR technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying sustainable Workday configuration solutions within a complex ecosystem.
• Refining technical requirements to focus on high-impact work.
• Identifying system enhancement opportunities to optimize HR processes and drive automation.
• Maintaining accurate system documentation and process workflows.
• Managing tickets effectively in JIRA.

Requirements for success:

• Extensive Workday configuration and implementation experience, especially in Workday Learning (asset).
• Deep configuration knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including Absence Calendar.
• Experience with Workday Help configuration.
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
• Resilience and adaptability in a transforming organization.
• Experience supporting HR processes and services; familiarity with agile practices is a plus.
