SevenStar HR is seeking an HR Consultant to work in the Newfoundland/Labrador area on a flexible, consulting basis. You will advise on HR compliance, employee issues, and policy development while managing multiple client projects.

The role offers a part-time engagement with potential for extended client partnerships and a focus on balancing work with your own practice. You will need strong communication and time-management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience required.

SHR is looking for an HR Consultant in the Newfoundland/Labrabor area. Projects may include some or all of these based on our client's needs:

• Policies and Procedures
• Compensation

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources required
• Able to work independently managing a variety of projects
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Able to advise clients on employment legislation and policies
• Able to work efficiently as a team member
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships
