Job summary

Nestlé Canada is seeking a Manager, Human Resources for the Waters & Premium Beverages team based in North York. This hybrid role partners with senior leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies and actions, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and change initiatives across a ~ $300M sales footprint and 50+ employees, driving engagement and business

Qualifications

• Nature of role requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience and strong business partnering.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to the Canada BEO and Waters Leadership Team on strategy, culture, leadership, and employee matters.
• Translate priorities into an integrated people plan aligned with global HR priorities and growth ambitions.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and development for the business.
• Coach leaders to build capability, drive performance, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including restructuring and change management, with practical execution.
