  • Use people data and insights to guide decisions, identify risks and improve organizational performance.
  • Build a high-performing, inclusive culture that strengthens the employee experience.
  • Manage the HR budget, external providers, payroll partners and internal HR team members, including the HR Manager supporting the London factory.
Role Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field; a master's degree is an asset.

  • Demonstrated success leading collective bargaining and complex employee relations matters.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, mergers, acquisitions, integrations or large-scale change.
  • Experience working in a lean, fast-paced organization where strategic leadership, hands‑on execution and comfort with ambiguity are equally important.
  • Multi-site Canadian experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, emotional intelligence and the ability to influence at all levels.
