Job summary

Jump (Canada) is seeking an HR Analyst & BI Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights for teams and managers nationwide. You will analyze metrics, build dashboards, and provide analyses to support health and safety, recruitment, retention, and planning.

Qualified candidates have a university degree in HR/IR/BA, 5 years in data-HR roles, and advanced Power BI skills, with strong communication and bilingual French-English capabilities. Hybrid work is offered across Canada.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, IR, BA or related field.
• 5 years on a role combining data analysis and HR.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization skills.
• Bilingual French and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR metrics and identify workforce trends.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for HR partners and managers.
• Produce analyses supporting decisions on health and safety, labour relations, recruitment, retention, absenteeism, performance, and workforce planning.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to address analytical needs.
• Translate complex data into clear and meaningful insights for decision-makers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR analytics processes and tools.
