Allstate Canada Group seeks a data analytics professional to deliver BI solutions across Operations. You will work with large datasets to uncover insights, support reporting and analytics, and help drive data-driven decisions in a growing direct sales environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, UAT support, and ensuring data accuracy, with hybrid work and periodic in-office days in Markham.

Qualifications

• Must-have expertise in Microsoft Fabric ETL Pipelines, SQL, Power BI visualization, Excel, Microsoft 365, and marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Python and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and growth
• Aggregate, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting and insights
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document data and reporting requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards
• Identify and resolve data issues, system discrepancies, and reporting challenges
• Uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to support business improvements
• Contribute to the development of metrics and ensure alignment across BI solutions
• Support application and reporting projects as a data subject matter expert
