What You'll Do
- Collaborate strategically with clients and Senior Consultants to design HR programs tailored to each stage of growth.
- Own execution with accountability — draft policies, coordinate recruitment, manage documentation, prepare communications, and monitor compliance.
- Engage as a trusted partner: listen actively, ask insightful questions, present clear solutions, and keep projects moving.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations (e.g., SMART goal setting, policy rollouts, training sessions) that build capability and confidence.
- Implement and optimize HR systems and digital tools to improve efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct training needs analyses and design onboarding/engagement initiatives that strengthen retention and cultural alignment.
- Champion continuous improvement by streamlining HR processes and embedding best practices.
- Provide proactive recommendations while exercising sound judgment in escalating issues to your Senior Consultant.
- Maintain organizational clarity and momentum by keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Strengthen HR governance through accurate record‑keeping and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute creatively to Trimark's thought leadership — blogs, videos, and social media content.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with a CPHR designation (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Keen eye for data integrity and quality assurance.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Customer‑service orientation with the ability to clearly communicate HR initiatives.
- Tech‑savvy with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Office), ATS, and HRIS platforms.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Additional Information
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week, occasional weekends.
- Compensation: $30-35/hour plus Group Health Benefits (including Telehealth).
- Term: 12-months.
- Location: Remote (home office in BC or AB), with travel to client sites in BC and Alberta. Preferred bases include Vancouver Island, Abbotsford (Fraser Valley), Greater Vancouver, Calgary, or surrounding communities.
