Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in conducting interviews and assessments; education in Social Services or related field with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience assessing needs of individuals, families, and groups to support their goals.
• Experience in a complex human services environment with significant public interaction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a system of care to reduce homelessness and accelerate housing placements.
• Conduct front-end assessments to review housing needs and options.
• Assist applicants with forms and documents to pursue housing options quickly.
