Qualifications

• Must have weekend availability.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospitality education is an asset but not required.
• Love of team building and supporting operations and leadership teams.
• Able to lift, carry and push heavy loads; willing to jump in to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining a performance-based culture aligned with company values.
• Train, coach and develop your team with ongoing feedback.
• Promote employee engagement and communicate benefits and programs.
• Prepare weekly department schedules and monitor labour and payroll.
• Cover shifts as needed and ensure cross-department communication.
