Job summary

GEF Seniors Housing is seeking a part-time night-shift housekeeping/food services assistant at Rosslyn Place Lodge, Edmonton (AB). Schedule: 11 PM–7 AM on a six-week rotating cycle, with Weeks 1-3 as described. Duties include cleaning units, kitchens, and common areas, plus meal service support.

• Experience performing commercial housekeeping is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping duties: cleaning resident units, bathrooms, hallways and common areas, disinfecting, floor care, laundry, restocking supply areas; handling resident issues and emergencies as required and other site-specific duties.
• Food services duties: serving, cleaning kitchen areas and equipment, dishwashing, assisting with meal services and beverages, and other site-specific duties as assigned.

Details: Part Time, Nights, 35 hours per week, 11PM to 7AM, 6-week rotating schedule

Schedule:

Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Week 2: Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Week 3: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Pay Scale: $19.62 - $23.79 per hour

Location: Rosslyn Place Lodge, 10915 - 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5E 1G4

Typical Housekeeping Duties: Cleaning resident units, bathrooms, hallways and common areas, disinfecting, floor care, laundry, and restocking supply areas, dealing with resident issues and emergencies as required and other site-specific duties as assigned.
