Job summary

Sun City Hotels Ltd O/A Best Western Premier in Medicine Hat is seeking a Hotel Managing Supervisor to coordinate activities across departments, establish work schedules and ensure high standards of guest service. Requires 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, a secondary school diploma, and English; salary is $24.03 hourly for 30–35 hours per week, with permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• English language

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
