Mountain View Inn in Canmore, AB is seeking a full-time hotel supervisor to lead frontline staff, uphold service standards, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Graduation from secondary (high) school; further hospitality training is a plus.
• Ability to manage schedules, reports, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Train staff in duties, safety procedures and policies.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Participate in emergency responses.
• Resolve issues, handle complaints, and address customer requests.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain records.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, Day, Evening, Morning, Shift, Weekend

Wage: $24.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
