Job summary

Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants is seeking a Hotel Assistant Operations Manager for a well-established hotel in Northeast British Columbia. The role demands strong room operations and F&B leadership, with a hands-on management style and excellent guest service focus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive senior leadership experience in hotel and restaurant management and operations.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• Hands-on, guest-focused, multi-department leadership across room operations and F&B.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, management and direction to all departments.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, cost control and financial performance of Room and F&B outlets.
• Focus on exceeding guest expectations and maintaining cost and quality standards to maximize profits.
• Review, develop and implement policies to strengthen the team and customer experience.
