Job summary

George Dawson Inn in Dawson Creek, BC, is looking for a hands-on administrator to help run daily operations. You will develop and implement policies and procedures, recruit and hire staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure service quality.

You will also negotiate with suppliers and clients, organize training sessions, oversee maintenance, and address guest concerns. This is an on-site position with an evening shift, starting as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Evening shift experience preferred.
• On-site work in Dawson Creek, BC
