About the Role

We are currently hiring for a full-time Porter/Valet Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Porter/Valet team to ensure exceptional guest service standards
• Handling guest arrivals and departures to create seamless, personalized experiences
• Overseeing valet operations, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling
• Monitoring service standards and providing real-time coaching and support to team members
• Handling guest concerns with professionalism, care, and timely resolution or escalation when needed
• Coordinating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to support smooth daily operations
