Job summary

Germain Hotels is looking for a Server who enjoys taking care of guests and making them feel welcome. You will greet guests, know the menu, and help with bar and catering tasks on a shift from 06:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The role emphasizes service quality, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, physical stamina, and a sociable, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, an asset.
• Experience in restaurant service, an asset.
• Good physical condition: stand for several hours and lift/carry loads of up to 50 lb.
• Excellent stress and pressure management skills.
• Sociable and team player.
• Natural ability to communicate well.

The hourly rate for this role is $17.95, in alignment with internal equity.
