Job summary

Fairmont Royal York in Toronto is seeking a front-of-house host to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and relay guest needs to servers. You will maintain a knowledge of menus, hotel promotions, and uphold health and safety procedures.

We offer a fixed pay of 27.93 CAD per hour, complimentary meals on shift, travel discounts at Accor hotels, free dry cleaning, and opportunities for learning and career growth within a luxury hospitality environment.

Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
