Job summary

GardaWorld is hiring a Hospital Facility Security Guard in Winnipeg, MB. You will patrol hospital zones, verify access, respond to threats, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed. A valid Manitoba security license and ability to stand/walk throughout the shift are required.

This permanent shift includes Saturday and Sunday, 0000–0800, with training support and career growth opportunities. We value vigilance, clear communication, teamwork, and composure under pressure as you help

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license.
• First aid certification an asset is an assett or willing to obtain
• Use of Force is an assett or willing to obtain
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience(Asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment

Responsibilities
