Job summary

Corteva Agriscience in Eastern Canada seeks an Horticulture Innovation Manager to lead technical support and customer experience for the Crop Protection portfolio in Ontario and Quebec.

You will deliver regionally tailored agronomic guidance, support demand generation, represent Corteva at grower meetings and field days, and collaborate with sales teams to expand the adoption of our horticulture solutions.

Qualifications

• Required: a B.S. in Agriculture, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Extensive experience in agronomy, crop protection and demand generation.
• Deep knowledge of Eastern Canada’s agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical guidance on horticulture crop protection products.
• Tailor agronomic advice to regional crops and challenges.
• Engage growers and retail partners to demonstrate value and drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to introduce new products in the region.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products.
