Job summary
Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Biological Innovation Manager to drive technical leadership, demand generation, and commercial execution for biological products across Canada. You will work as the technical expert and innovation lead for NEXTA biology, engaging with Pioneer agencies and sellers to accelerate adoption and growth.
The role combines agronomic depth with business acumen to enable sellers, demostrate value, and support sustainable biologicals growth across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in agronomy, crop protection, technical sales or demand generation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong business acumen with experience building and executing growth plans.
- Knowledge of Canadian agriculture and regional production systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation for Corteva biological products in the assigned territory.
- Build and execute a 1–3 year territory growth plan.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new Certified Biological Sellers in market opportunities.
- Engage growers and sellers to demonstrate product value and fit.
- Coach relationship-building and sales execution through on-farm calls.
- Report market activity and field insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing on product launches.
