Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Biological Innovation Manager (BIM) for Canada, located in Southern Ontario. You will lead technical leadership, demand generation and commercial execution for Corteva's biological products, focusing on NEXTA in Eastern Canada and working through the Pioneer channel to grow sellers and adoption.

You will guide agronomic solutions, enable sellers, and drive growth with strong relationships and disciplined execution across Canada.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing or related field.
3+ years experience in agronomy, crop protection, technical sales or demand generation.
Strong business acumen with growth planning experience.
Solid understanding of Canadian agriculture and regional production systems.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Lead demand generation for Corteva biological products in the territory.
Develop and execute a 1–3 year territory growth plan.
Engage with Pioneer channel, recruit and onboard new Certified Biological Sellers.
Demonstrate product value to growers and sellers through on-farm calls.
Coach sellers to strengthen technical capability and customer experience.
Set and manage sales targets, discounts and growth plans with sellers.
Report market activity and field insights to leadership.
