Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager for its Calgary office portfolio. The role leads marketing, communications and event strategy to elevate the QuadReal brand and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for tenants and visitors.

You will work with property teams and the National Office to plan, write, and execute campaigns across channels, while managing budgets and keeping programs aligned with regional goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or related field; solid understanding of a variety of software
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing and communications capacity
• Event management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various audiences clearly
• Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point
• Strong initiative and interpersonal skills to execute change
• Experience with Graphic Arts software (Canva)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to work across multiple departmental lines
• Excellent project management, market research, strategic planning, and budget management skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and deadlines
• Highly motivated to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Influence the QuadReal Experience standards for the Calgary Office portfolio
• Support management and promotion of amenity offering across the portfolio
• Create and execute an annual marketing calendar of events and programs
• Create and manage communication plans across multiple channels (QuadReal+, websites, email, documents)
• Partner with property teams to deliver customer appreciation programs
• Provide an annual marketing and events budget for each property and report variances
• Emphasize retail offerings as an amenity at each property through partnerships with retailers
• Collaborate regularly with counterparts across regions
• Stay up-to-date on CRE and hospitality trends to elevate the customer experience
